How to use it
Follow these steps for a clean setup that lasts.

Check everything in the box
Check off the list: glass bottle, 304 stainless nippler, two silicone gaskets, cage clip and the manual. If anything is missing or damaged, take photos before contacting us.

Rinse before first use
Give everything a warm-water rinse and wipe it dry before the first fill. This removes any glass dust or packaging debris picked up in transit.

Fill it and check the seal
Tighten the nozzle, fill with clean water, and tap the pin once to purge air from the tube. Then invert the whole bottle for about 10 seconds and watch the seams for drips — worth doing after every install.

Pick the right height and spot
Clip it to the outside of the cage at a height where your pet can comfortably reach the nozzle while standing. Avoid spots above sleeping areas, anywhere they tend to push, and direct sunlight, which encourages algae.

Teach your pet to use it
Put a trace of their favourite liquid treat on the ball, or tap the pin once so they see a droplet. Most learn within 1-3 days. Keep the old bowl until you are sure they drink on their own.

Daily refills and regular cleaning
Refresh the water every 2-3 days, and deep-clean the bottle and nozzle every 1-2 weeks — use a small brush in the valve gaps and soak in diluted white vinegar when needed. Always rinse thoroughly afterwards.
